I think that the major charges are financial: tax evasion and money laundering. If they can get trafficking to stick, it will be by getting testimony from some of the ladies in exchange for permanent residency permits or other inducement. Although I don't know XOC or their staff personally, I kind of doubt that any of the ladies who were touring all over the United States, traveling on their own, etc. were truly "sex trafficked" but were merely "hopped and airline flight from city to city trafficked" and working in the industry for the financial benefits it offered to them.

Ditto. XO was so reliable... I think we just witnessed the end of the goldeDate. of Eastern European agency. Efficient. Professional. Always on time. Never had a cancelation. Lots of the girls I met enjoyed their work, even on the 2nd and 3rd date.
