Why do you consider it an ad and not a mini-review? He spent time with the lady, and presumably paid the fee for her time. So now he is posting that he had a good experience and is sharing that information.
I realize this board is more of an advertising medium then a review medium, but I don't view VB's posts as ads. He is sharing his experience with a lady.
I guess Yorktown beat me to giving you the answer but since you brought it up,maybe we should discuss it. I would also like the Mod. to get involved here.My feelings are that if I see a lady and pay for her services,and like her,I write something about her on the board so that others can have the benefit of my experience.If I then write a permanent review of her,it usually takes several days for it to appear and she will have gone home and no one hears about her.I am very careful about following TER's posting guidelines and not posting any contact information.Colhogan,I am sorry if this bothers you,but I see no problem with my non-specific postings and others have PMed me to thank me for the recommendation. By the way,I don't write about everyone that I see as you have said.I'm sorry if my response sounds a little terse,but this is a very sensitive subject with me.

I always read posts like this a bit more carefully. Is it a "thank you" to the lady, a mini review or a thinly disguised ad?
I'm especially unlikely to approve a post if it comes in as a new topic from an unrecognized username.
I would prefer that the gents would reply to the ladies’ posts. However, it’s not an exact science. I have let VB’s posts stand because they just don’t have the feel of an ad post to me. He doesn’t fill posts like this with superlatives. Most importantly, he doesn’t include pertinent ad info such as email, URL and travel dates.
As with most situations on this board, you folks will ultimately decide if VB’s info is credible. I don’t know the man. My sense is that if VB submitted posts like this for every lady he sees, people would learn to take his opinion with a grain of salt.

i haven't read these posts of VB you guys are refering to, but i will say that there definitely is a fine line between exalting your favourite gal as any satisfied client should (within reason) and advertising her as any enterprising shill would (without reason)
again i'm NOT talking about VB here. i haven't read these "mini-reviews" or posts or whatever they are (and am too lazy to go read them in order to qualify this post). just saying is all

I have known VB for quite a while now and none of his reviews are FAKE.Believe me because I have seen some of the ladies he mentions and he's 100% correct on his posts.
ACTUALLY I like VB posting these mini reviews because it gives us all a chance to see the ladies before they leave.
I kind of wish there were a few more informative guys like VB back from where I usually hang out, mainly cause at least it allows me a chance to assess the provider prior to her leaving town.
Vegas seems to be fairly evenhanded, but perhaps he seems mostly positive, because he avoids discussion on mediocre or average experiences.
