So I decided to try my hand at making some floggers for home use to use up some of that time. Does anyone know of a good site to learn the craft? How many has here has made their own flogger? Is it hard to do?

There are certainly less expensive toys to make yourself (like a cane), but I applaud your ambition. If you are in a major kink-friendly city, you might reach out to one of the people who already make floggers. Almost all of them wouldn't mind teaching an apprentice in return for help with manufacturing them. Some BDSM clubs have DIY classes that can cover the simpler types of floggers.
If you are not in a major kink-friendly city, then this book might be what you need.
I also noticed that if you just Google "make a flogger", there are several websites with instructions and ideas.

I am not in an active BDSM area. I found some good stuff on YouTube on the subject. And several articles on Google.
