Ever Consider Exploring Tantra?

This session begins with a 15 minute meditation.  Because of this the 1H session is actually 1H and 15 minutes so allow yourself a little extra time for this one.  We can easily spend 2 or 3 hours with this (plus 15 minutes for the meditation) or I can give you a quick overview in 1H and 15 minutes.      
       
The methods you learn here can be practiced at home for real increased serenity and decreased stress by continuing to do a free daily meditation and if you're interested, you can complete the free online class provided by my instructor.  It's not necessary to have a partner for this.
