        You need to plan ahead.  Fill out the screening form NOW.  Fill it out CORRECTLY - the FIRST TIME.  Just read it.. FOCUS and answer exactly as it asks.  Because if I have to get into a back and forth interaction with you - to EXTRACT the correct info - it's just going to take longer.  And because TWO GIRLS MUST ANSWER FAVORABLY - one girl often doesnt respond, or responds poorly about you.  So it's in YOUR BEST INTEREST to submit THREE references.  

 Youre a guy, you probably like sports.. Think about it like the ODDS in SPORTS - 2 out of 3 increases your chances of getting screened FASTER.  And then ONCE you are screened, if you want that $100 rate - then you ALSO have to prebook it a day ahead.  (otherwise its an additional $100 for same day appts)
