There seems to be a lack of really good NEW providers. I know of a few really good established ladies here in Atlanta that I haven't seen, but will. The new providers that pop up have been terrible. Is it the weather? Or am I so used to the good ones? Hmmmmm.
How about some advice from a new provider trying to be good at being bad. What makes a terrible provider? What makes a great new provider?
I like this, really makes me wonder "bad provider" or "good provider." One aspect to this that I love is the "GFE!" My personal favorite.
"Well, you know, all the good providers are GFE(s)!" I say with a wink!

I like someone with a sweet personality, attentiveness, openness to trying new things, good conversation, good sense of humor. And a provider that genuinely likes sex and wants to cum! These ladies are difficult to find, but when I find one I generally stick with her.
I heard from a wonderful man who I have seen a few times say he had a great time with her. So for those of you who worry about new ladies being legit....she is fine!

Asking that question, in and of itself, is a sign of a good provider. Simply put, it shows that you are a professional who is concerned with her clients satisfaction and willing to work towards building a good reputation.
My best advice is to enjoy your work! Few things are better than enjoying a sensual time with a provider who is happy to be with you. Let's be honest, there are plenty of less enjoyable things that people do for pay. Every job gets difficult if you let it.
As far as different services being offered, you should do what you feel safe and comfortable doing. Multiple pops are something that does not involve additional health risks but generally raises a clients feeling of quality service.
An excellent example of a poor provider would be one that is cold, distant and treats you like an unwanted intruder. A recent arrival to the Atlanta area from the midwest has gotten 3 reviews with performance ratings of 2, 4 and 2. In each review she was described as cold and distant.
I don't see any reviews under your name yet so I hope that your first is a good one.

Why thank you headmaxroom for such a thoughtful answer and the kind words. A review showed up in the system for me just in time for Valentine's Day. From the answers on the thread, it looks I have the right things in mind. There is always room for improvement. My belief is do it well or not at all. Hope your Valentines Day was sizzling.
