Has anyone used www.adultfriendfinder.com? I signed up for a basic membership (free) and I get emails with thumbnail pictures of girls that are supposedly looking for "A HOT TIME", but I cannot access their 'additional' information without 'upgrading' my membership. Just curious if someone can give me some 411 if these women are legit.

Waste of time. Tried it for a year and you get lot of solicitations for Webcams and your email becomes full with spam!
Well I can say the guys are legit...I also put an ad on there for my personal life and have received over 1200 messages, some of course u can weed out.........But who knows, most of it I find hiliarious

I have had a few great guys I have met...However, I figure since I am doing this for only my personal enjoyment I am particuliar in who I meet. I won't meet men who dont have a picture, who are only looking for sex....I want sex but also want a guy friend also....who has a job...who is intelligent...witty...sense of humor....doesn't need Viagra....flexible schedule....nice looking....30s-40s in age.

Save your money, it's a waste. I upgraded to be able to contact the people there and never got a single reply. I know, I know, that should tell me something, but it really is a rip off for men. I even signed up as a couple when I was still married and only got replies from one or two couples looking for another woman for a three way. A VIP membership for TER is a much better investment.
so I joined, too. Odd thing is, that when I did searches on TN or SC, pages and pages of results comes up. When I searched on GA, there were only 3.
Then, about 30 minutes after signing up, got an email from them with a dozen or more listings from Georgia.

Pretty interesting thread. I just got a silver membership and put my pictures on there and all. A few responses. Even from some men. I am pretty sure some of the women with their pictures aren't real. Their screen names and pictures just happen to be nasty. It seems like those girls are put on there to lure the men in. My membership expires tommorrow. What a waste. Thought I'd give it a try though. Won't do it again.
If that site was for real the providers wouldn't be able to survive.
I tried AFF a couple of years ago and struck out completely. I got a Gold membership, if I remember correctly. I contacted a couple of women, but nothing ever came of the contacts. We never saw each other.
A while back there was a thread about the bars/pick-up joints that one could go to to meet willing, horny women. I think our chances would be MUCHO better at these places than going through AFF.

To me AFF is easier then going to a bar. I can go thru profiles on AFF and answer mail that I want. I like men, thirty something, attractive, intelligent, who enjoys sex, conversation, occasional dinners, no strings. I think bars are noisey, smokey and drunk men are no turn on for me.
On AFF many of the women are real but most are looking for relationships....not quickies from married,overwieght men who just want sex (there are some of them on AFF). And there are women on there who are scams (I've heard) cause they will direct men to paysites when they try to contact them. You just have to be careful.
Bars..Sure you can meet people there....What type of music do you like and what is your age? What area of town are you looking to find a place? There is a bar/club for everyone.
