I presently take the yellow for endurance when I workout. It works and is good for my libido. There are two other Maca Roots that are better suited for libido.

Meant to say that either the Red Maca or the Black Maca are better for libido compared to the Yellow Maca.

Everyone is different, but for me it took about 2 weeks. Some mention from 2 to 2 1/2 weeks.

MORE Intense? I don't know if I would survive! Lol

For some. Tho wonderful for cognition, it tanked my stupid high libido years ago after extensive use. Figured I’d throw that out there. Maca is great!

I used to purchase mine at The Vitamin Shoppe, but they have been sold out. Now, I buy from Amazon. I’m finding that Amazon doesn’t always have the Maca root they used to have. Maybe there is a shortage.

My problem is difficulty finishing, so I recently ordered some Maca and am entering my second week on it. I would say that, so far, I notice about a 10 to 20% improvement, but nothing too amazing. Hoping that continues to improve.  

Unfortunately, for my girl, nothing works. Apparently not even Maca can bring her vagina back from the dead. :\
