Do all of the Brazilian services offer a massage and french lesson for $200 or do you have to pay $300 for the french? I have read conflicting reports.

You can get massage & French for $200, some charge $300 for FS.
Generally, the Braz. are $$ for massage + french, +$ for FS.
Some do not offer FS though... and some go ahead with FS for the $$ if they "like you".
But french/fs for $$/$$$ is typical.
