Moving... what's a good area of town?

Hey all!

I'm new to the atlanta area (relatively new, anyway) and am about to make yet ANOTHER move (to a place with NO roommates this time ^_^).  I was thinking of the Virginia Highlands/Candler Park area or perhaps midtown.

I'm probably going to try and do incalls from my home location when I do move and was wondering if those areas or too terribly inconvenient for business purposes or whatever.

Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Thanks,
Soni

alpharetta or sugarloaf areas.

both are very upscale & people tend to stick to ones own business.

I-85, exit 108, and surrounding area, I think.

There's a Discover Mills, the Gwinnett County Civic Center (home of the Arena League's Georgia Force), and lots of nice, clean, well-to-do neighborhoods.

from what I hear there are varing degrees of activity bu no place is 100% safe. Ladies have informed me they are more cautious about setting up in the midtown / downtown area. Some like the south Marietta / Smyrna area because it is easy to get to right off the highway and the loctions tend to be discrete. Sandy Springs near 400 is about the same.

I live near Midtown and L5P.  Up and coming where I am, but moving up.  I think you would like L5P.  There are alot of nice houses, apts., and the area is quite eclectic.  I've met you, and think maybe you'd like it.  There is also Ansley Park, Buckhead, and Vinings.

Good luck!!
