Tell them the issue. Fill in the Captcha then click submit. You can check for their response by clicking the My TER tab at the top of the page. Then look just below the tabs and click My Feedback. It may take up to 72 hrs for them to reply.

They also have e-mail if you'd rather try that. [email protected] or [email protected]

I am having an issue with review not being posted. The support guy keeps telling me " you should always pay a provider".
I did pay her

...for the Problem Report button which can be found on the provider's profile page. That is for correcting inaccuracies on her profile. If you could give us details we might be better at helping you. If you don't want to put details here send me a PM (if you have access, it requires VIP membership) and I'll be glad to help if I can. You can ask on the Newbie Board but again you'll need to give details. Based on the dates of the 2 posted reviews you have I'm guessing you're not a Newbie but there are a lot of posters there that can help.

I sent an email asking why and are you looking out for her.
Received rrply me uf I want a girlfriend go to a dating site and I should always pay for my time.
Sent another email asking what makes u think.....
Received a reply matter is closed always pay for time and have a nice day. Sent anothrt email.... bring ignored
