How do you assess the likelihood of a no show with an agency or provider? I would rate likelihood of showing up as highly as some of the other attributes in performance of an agency. Visiting GA this week. I set an appointment with an agency for in call double and an hour before when I texted for directions I was told both girls had personal situations and no one else was available. First, it pissed me off because this appointment was made three days ago. Second, because they only told me when I texted for directions. Third, no apology or alternatives. Fourth, I was driving , short on time and could not make alternate arrangements.
If you are looking for any girl you might be able to reschedule, but if you are looking for an Exotic Flavor you are pretty much screwed.
If things happened the way the OP described them, he has every right to be pissed
And things are NOT different in Atlanta, not being professional enough to give a client a heads up is looked down on EVERYWHERE.
Nice job White Knighting though.
1st- You didn't confirm everything the day before (things happen, life happens, personal situations happen)
2nd- Refer to the above
3rd- Did you expect a detailed summary of the events that transpired to cause the cancellation?
4th- Never put all of your eggs in one basket, always have a plan B, never be a plan B.
You're wrong in several counts.
First I confirmed Sunday and Monday by email and the morning of by text and email. As of the morning we were still on. Second, see the above. Third no. I expected a professional apology if not some attempt to make good. The benefit of an agency is that they have more than one provider. Fourth, if an agency treats customers like this, I'd be interested in how long that respect lasts.Sunny, you are either mistaken or lying. You did not apologize. You offered neither apology or alternatives.
You said one provider had to left early and another would not be in until two hours later. I said "so...nothing? FML" You did not reply. I said no one else is available? You said not until 730. That was your last text. But I admire your fiction. You had my p411 details. You checked me yesterday. I've had cancellations they happen. But bad service is inexcusable.
The way I see it is this:
If your gonna get on here and bash someone, tell the entire story..Not just the parts that make you look like you were severely wronged...
Airman, thanks for your opinion. Incorrect though it is.
If you read my reply to Sunny you'll see that you were wrong again. Cancellations happen all the time. I get that. But you suggest I double book? I try to make it a practice not to double book providers and then no-show one. Apparently you do.Sunny I'm done arguing. The FML was on a separate line after I said "So nothing? " and you did not reply. Let's parse grammar.
You checked my profile. I'm an out of owner. You made the decision that my repeat business was less of an issue than in-towners. Maybe you can photoshop your apology into the text exchange to make your story more credible. In the end you're only full of it when yourLips move.
I never said to double book with anybody...I said always have a plan B...never be a plan B...If you are intent on something always have a backup plan.
There are other agencies in this town, and I'm willing to bet you could have called one of them and had an awesome time with relatively short notice.
and from my vantage point the OP has a ring of truth to his post. I won't say that I believe that he is 100% right and that Sunny is 100% wrong, but his post still has a ring of truth to it.
Yes, this is still an agency town, but that doesn't mean that we blindly support said agencies and try to shout down everyone who claims to have had an issue with one of our beloved agencies. I count many of the agency owners in Atlanta as my friends, but that doesn't mean I blindly back them up and try to shout down someone who has a legitimate gripe.
and whether or not he could of booked with a different agency is hardly relevant to this thread.
shit happens and move on because you probably just pigeon holed yourself to anyone who reads this.
Maybe. But I promise all who read this that I won't no show or double book. I've never cancelled an appointment.
Providers who do and don't apologize should be called on it.By the way Batman. I'm not wearing an alias. Or hockey pads. -- Modified on 11/26/2014 7:01:27 PM

their are many fantastic independent ladies in this city. So move on and call a couple of them.
First intelligent response I've gotten.
Pretty sure independents here won't hold this post against you, regardless of what anyone has to say here. Heard Bridgette Ryder and Skylar? are doing doubles..may be of interest. Gold Club is still likely the most reputable agency in Atlanta. Perhaps you could contact them.
I don't know about this particular instance, but I'd advice to rather not buy this Independent versus Agency thing. Anyone can be unprofessional.
Danica Malone, an independent has done the same no call, no show to me long back. And she thought I was rude when I protested for not letting me know her location even 30 minutes before the meeting.
And boy! was she rude? Never seen anyone be that carefree about losing customers.
You just need to move on to other professional people. Gold almost always has someone ready at short notice, but I could not get any one for outcalls from them. I guess you just have to try your luck.
Unless of course they plan on delivering bad service and don't want to be named publicly.
The last I checked TER was created for the express purpose of sharing ones experiences in the hobby to help others make their hobbying decisions. That means reporting both the good and the bad.
Atlanta has overcome a horrible reputation where agencies are concerned to become one of the best agency cities in the country over the last 8 years or so. Being held accountable for their actions is just one of the reasons why, but it is an important one. White Knights trying to shout down valid criticism don't help, but it seems like there are less and less White Knights lately. On this thread for example there was only one, I call this progress. lol
Taylor gives good advice here, I hope the OP doesn't judge Atlanta by this single experience. It's a great city in which to hobby, perhaps one of the best in the country.
Gambler, lived here for years. I love Atlanta.
Thanks for "moderating". I wish you all two breasts and two legs today. Maybe even a neck if so inclined. Her timeliness and cancel tendencies are as predictable as her excellent sessions when she shows up. There have been a few ladies like that in Atlanta, where performance is so great you tolerate outrageous clock behavior It crazy but true
Every time, Sunny has been up front with me. Warning me I get what or when the session happens, because this lady is her own force of nature when it comes to time. But she is very good on communicating. I know this particular lady drives her nuts about time. She has always apologized to me and commiserated. She offers alternatives if available and once made arrangements with another agency for me. When cancels happened, she even gives preference on reschedules. So I believe you had a late cancel. My experience is that Sunny tried to make things right. I believe the timing was such that you were shit out if luck. Knowing how schedules work, I can believe you did not get responses in time frame you expected. Sorry it happened, it really is frustrating. But like others have said, always have options figured out-- Modified on 11/30/2014 9:58:40 AM
Again, I wouldn't have posted if I had received anything resembling an apology. There was no apology. There was no effort to make alternate arrangements. If I had any other response than her final text "not until 730" To my "no one else is available?", even just an "I'm sorry" this post would never have been here.
I'm sure Sunny had locals to cover and a visitor was not her priority. Until I posted.-- Modified on 12/1/2014 8:03:38 AM
