Ok, rant alert.  How hard can it be to manage the scheduling, if that's your job?  Keep track of the appointments and respond back to customers in a reasonable time?  I have had multiple times now where I reach out to a couple of places I won't name publicly, and they either don't respond, respond back hours later, or schedule a time and then I get there and the girl is gone or not available until later.  How do they not realize that a disorganized, unreliable scheduler controlling the appointments absolutely kills business?

My Assistant Miss Betty is well loved by many. She also handles Bella Sora and Marilyn Maxwell both here in Atlanta.

She is very prompt, answers Mon-Fri 9-6 very quickly...oftentimes she is still answering up until 9 pm (I tell her she should go home).

I will admit one day last week, OMG we royally fucked up this one gentleman's appointment. OMG. I thought Miss Betty was out getting her hair done...long story...but we were both answering him without realizing it and totally screwed up. Poor guy. But this happens rarely. We did apologize to him and offer a discount.

It was a comedy of errors! Luckily he was very understanding and took me up on the discount.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience...could it be a one off or is this an ongoing experience you have had?

I've had the same experience described by the OP with an agency and several indies. The better agencies use a scheduling system to keep track of appointments/cancellations and to send out reminders. One thing I've noted is that the local K-agencies seem to be very responsive and reliable even though the web photos are only representative of the actual person.

bella sora is providing again? how did i miss this?

She got booked for the Summer literally in two days! Lol She was offering very few days due to her civvie obligations.

I'm almost booked myself. The hobby is back in full swing! Yayyyyyyy

Respectfully, I would never publicly call out an agency or individual, but it has definitely happened multiple times with multiple agencies. Some I have used several times, others just a few times. In either case, it's frustrating because I know the providers are missing out if a client can't schedule with them because of a wacky middle man...err...woman controlling the scheduling.
