I have read reviews for some and wanted to get into the hobby, but haven't been able to make it happen. Well, this week I found a great independent provider who was willing to screen me as a newbie with no references. Everything went great in screening and I was able to meet her this AM.  What an amazing time! I'll never forget it, no matter where I go from here.  (Wrote a review earlier and I guess it will be up in the coming days).  

In any event, thanks not only to my provider but to all on this board who posted great advice and information for newbies wanted to join the hobby.  You guys were great and I'm glad to able to join you.

I probably should have been more clear. I meant that I had read the responses to other posts about newbies.  And reading that was a ton of help, not just for the original poster!
