just click on ad boards, and pick atl, and it has an option to start a new thread.
...Board Admin. Look specifically at the Provider Ad Posting Guidelines. Be sure you understand them and follow them. If you're not sure ask questions on the Newbie Board. Once you've read and understand then do as the other poster said. Click on the ad boards, click on Atlanta Ad Board, click on the New Thread button and compose and post your ad.
This "provider" has never, ever, ever, ever, ever posted on TER before, but suddenly, hours after BP is censored, comes here, to the Atlanta board to ask what's next.
