Same here! They were my first two providers when I started this hobby late last year. They're a couple of great women.  
 

Ginger helped me get started in the hobby.  She introduced me to other ladies.  The experience has been better than I could have ever imagined.

I don't know enough about Atl agencies to know which are newbie friendly, but I'd guess more than half of independent ladies in Atlanta are newbie friendly if you are willing to give the screening information the lady asks for.

Keep in mind, "newbie friendly" does NOT mean "no screening or verification required". Most ladies WILL need to verify you.

You can always message or call an agency or independent lady to ask if they accept newbies if the information isn't already on their website.

Although I don't see newbies,  I have a list of ladies that do on my site. Majority of them have responded to this post  Also, as Meena said,  there are a TON of ladies that are newbie friendly. Please make sure that the lady you pick is reference friendly AND that other ladies will accept ref's from her. Although I require references,  some I just won't accept because I just can't do bsc lol
Some do see newbies, some don't.  Get your list of ladies that interest you,  reach out and ask them if they see newbies.  
As for agencies,  Gold club is awesome as well as Southern elite companions (SEC)
