Not a deal breaker really as long as everything else serviced is excellent. It's just that bbbj feels so much better. cbj is like half of what bbbj feels like.

There are exceptions to everything, but for some of us, it IS a dealbreaker, especially if her rates are the same as a provider who provides BBBJTCCIM.  The providers who only provide CBJ are also the same ones who don't allow CIM, COF, etc.  There are usually a lot of other activities not on the menu that she is not doing that many clients can seek and obtain from other providers.

It's kinda hard to accept a step down in the intensity of feeling something when you've gotten it better elsewhere.   There is a certain level of intensity felt from receiving a BBBJ that is hard to duplicate when covered, but there could be exceptions to what I am saying here.

I'm in ATLDan's corner on this one.  It's not a deal breaker if other elements are all excellent.  If a girl's got great looks, a great attitude, a great body, great communication skills, and is genuinely interested in providing an excellent time (and so far you seem to have all these going for you), removing something from the menu is not an automatic deal breaker.  

I'd rather have a spirited, enthusiastic A-Z romp with a gal who was enjoying herself rather than on the receiving end of a lukewarm blowjob that the gal's not into that could adversely impact everything else we did.  

Knowing that I'm in the minority on this, probably a small minority, you should reach out to the ladies and get an idea about how this restriction could impact your rates, volume, etc.  It will definitely have an adverse impact on your performance rating from most guys.

Meaning that they also don't kiss and have a long list of other things they won't do.
You however seem to be the exception to the rule based on your one review so I would still see you.

CIM isn't mandatory, but is nice - especially if snowballing is involved.

No guy is going to prefer a CBJ to a BBBJ.  And BBBJ is available - and what many of us live for since BBFS isn't an option for most of us (much less the providers...).  I presume you know that.  You also know that although many ladies don't offer it on their public menu - they may well do it in private on a YMMV basis.   We the clients know who those ladies are and don't have an issue finding them.  So - your question is really - What would a provider have to offer to overcome that competitive issue?  

She could be exceptionally gorgeous at a reasonable rate.  There are certainly guys who's main thing is "hot woman" - to that client, the CBJ isn't really an issue.  She could be new - guys like new... simple creatures that we are.  

In your specific case, your pictures are good/smoking (IMHO), your rate is not unreasonable and your one review is pretty good - my guess is you'll get calls.  Will you get as many calls? - probably not - BUT that may not be an issue.

Is it a deal breaker? - it depends on the deal.  It's a competitive world out there.  But, fortunately, it is rare that you come across two equal deals in P4P

CBJ, is a deal breaker.  CIM isn't mandatory, but BBBJ is, especially at higher rates.

but in certain circumstances I guess it could be overlooked if everything else was off the charts.  

I don't always enjoy sex with the condom, so the BBBJ with CIM option more than makes up for it.  Plus like others have mentioned, I'm looking for a true GFE and CBJ just takes away from the GFE.

Not only is CBJ a deal breaker but no CIM is as well. Those are the first two things I look for on every profile. I've never had a CBJ that was even close, there is just no comparison.

CBJ is a non-starter.  The provider could do just about anything else, and I wouldn't be interested.
