Do you feel it is wrong for one provider that has been in the biz to help out a new girl.. show her the ropes post for her maybe check mail and screen for her. till she is comfy with the ropes???

My personal opinion on the matter is there is nothing wrong with it. It is done in other professions to kickstare careers so i do not see the problem.

Nothing wrong with helping a newcomer learn the business, gosh everybody needs help in alll walks of life.

You should draw the line at speaking for her or replying to clients.  Communication is very important - I don't want to base my expectations on your "thread" and have a different person show up in the flesh.  This is a HUGE problem with agencies.

PS....never will I even try to do this again....too much of a pain in the ass

I emailed her and got a reply.  I spoke to her by phone and am trying to get up with her next week.  I think it will turn out great.  Lookin forward to it.
