He ter profile lists both JFL and GC info, also a recent JFL review even though she is not on their site. Bogus review?

I saw her when she was at gold club and then when I saw the pictures of her at JF L I could not believe it was the same person. Did not look like the girl I saw at all.  Had a dramatic change in appearance in a pretty short period of time.  She is no longer on the JF L site so not sure where she is now
