Not saying there is a problem, just checking to see if it's just me 🤔.There were a lot of girls on vacation and the schedules were slow to come for the remaining providers. No communication problems .
I have sent 2 emails on the process to schedule an appointment with no response.

I sent 2 emails Wednesday first at about 3:30 pm with no answer. Someone told me that they had been told lots of y'alls incoming emails where going to spam/junk. I can try again if you like. I know y'all are always there which is why I was surprised.

since I last used them but they were pretty bad at email responses and booking, caused me some headaches with references here and there. Id say 20% of the time I got a reply. Now as far as phone call they are quick and very pleasant to deal with so just call them.
Top notch service other than the email thing which is backwards from most other places Ive dealt with that prefer email first.
I contact them through text using their contact number, and replies have been fast and professional.
I relate to the garage problem. There are two entrances from the garage, but if you take the one nearest the car entrance, you can't find the apt. and no signs to inform you there is an entire separate hallway. Frustrating, but only the first time! This old dog does learn new tricks!
