Would a hobbyist see a provider in midtown ?
Parking is definitely the worst part about downtown midtown and buckhead not to mention the increase of car window break ins
I once had my car broken into in Buckhead while visiting a provider a few years ago. Knowing I couldn't report it as a break-in at a Buckhead hotel parking lot, I had to drive to another location near an office building and report it there. Buckhead, downtown, midtown and even some parts of the Perimeter are all high risk now for parking.
So what's safer? Galleria, Peachtree Industrial in Norcross, parts of Gwinnett, Cobb Co, Truist Park area, Alpharetta, Roswell, and parts of Dunwoody that are off the beaten track.
Obviously this is just a suggestion, but rather than park in Buckhead and risk it happening again, I just pass.
I've not had a problem in Buckhead, probably because I minimize using hotel parking. Although somewhat inconvenient, I try to park elsewhere and take the walk. Depending on the location, I sometimes take MARTA to Buckhead station and walk. Whenever I park, I leave the glove compartment and center console open.
I use MARTA whenever possible. Just love that wonderful combination of weed and cocoa butter permeating my nostrils.
Why? Crime, traffic, parking - just to name a few things.
trouble going to those areas except TRAFFIC! Uggg...
We enjoy being off the beaten path in the suburban parts of Dunwoody/Sandy Springs...away from Perimeter Mall area. Private parking, plenty of parking, no parking fees, minimal trafiic, safe, etc.
Now I will do outcalls to Buckhead & Midtown. I think you're safe as long as you valet. I no longer go to the Airport area...tooooooooo far & too much traffic.
