Natural or enhanced breasts ?

For me, the answer is no. I mean, who doesn't like a great pair of natural ? But I've seen some great work done by surgeons that damn near feel real.

I just hope if a lady decides to have them done, she does it for her and nobody else.

I've been dating a 42-year-old and hers were done about 10 years ago and look and feel absolutely natural.   I think when they just get done, especially on a thin girl is when they look like somebody stuck a grapefruit under their skin.
