They have the exact same layout, theme, everything as SPP, except different models and stuff. Everyone looks a little too pretty to really be offerring the rates they're offering.

SPPs theme is not unique. It is one of the themes that site offers when building your agency website. It is common.

Okay, I do find the copy of format of SPP site funny. SPP is a place I trust and frequent and have had amazing experiences through, but a good website IT IS NOT! So, if you are going to steal someone's website, why not steal an artist website or something that is nicer looking.

Seems sketchy, too good to be true. Why take the risk on unproven agency when there's many reliable agencies and independents here? The least they could do to prove they're legit is to post their ad on here or engage in discussions like what other agencies and independents do here.

I almost thought the same thing but two of the reviews are first timers and the other one looks like a click farmer. I'd need to have some meaningful pm with one of the reviewers before pulling the trigger to schedule and I can't imagine ever being comfortable enough to pay a deposit.
That's crap too... The first three reviews were all first time reviewers... two were removed by TER (Mods, a useful feature would be to tell us when this occurs and leave them up there as fake/scam).
They look legit coming in now, but the build up is what tells the tale. When 50%+ of those pics are verified stolen, how could you even consider this as legit?

I'll give you that. The K-Agencies are notorious for posting photoshopped and/or "close" representative photos. The difference is that they are very well established. Is it acceptable? No, not in the least... but it has been accepted over time. Another difference is that a vast majority are listed under different agencies as they move from city to city. The K-network, so to speak.
This new agency has specifically taken images from other established providers and placed them on their site and they use different names. I would rather see no images... or images completely blurred out than to see stolen images.
I would not send in a deposit... especially 50% to see someone that is using pics of another established provider.
It's kinda well known and generally "accepted" that K-agencies don't post actual photos of their models. I suppose it's to protect the privacy of the individuals and encourage their employment. I've patronized a couple of local K-agencies, and the ladies have always treated me well. I've never been scammed, had my time shortened, or paid a deposit. The last lady even helped me get dressed.
