I have a very nice room and private bath for rent for your personal use in Lawrenceville.  For those for you that travel alot locally between Athens and Midtown, or nationwide and want an inexpensive place to hang your hat without the downtown expense this could be just what you need.  I would hate to rent to some "square" out of our little sub-culture, but I'm not looking for drama either.
