I wondered if there are any advantage from one to the other because I know that there some do incall at hotel and some do at apartment.

Advantageous for the provider or the hobbyist?

Hotels won't have nosy neighbors but nosy hotel staff might have the same effect. I've only been to one incall and it was in an apartment. I felt that it was slightly less safe than a nice hotel.

I did one sort of outcall where I got the hotel room with the provider at my side, that felt a lot safer to me. Perhaps that didn't feel as safe for her

I mean, the neighbors had to have known that something was going on. Incalls in apartments have usually involved gated communities, which seemed a little more secure. Incalls in hotels feel secure if the room has an internal door.

In some ways an apartment is better in the sense that it has a living room kitchen (or more appropriately a bar I hope :)) so it's not all about the bed.  I hate it when a session starts right away in the bed (maybe I'm weird, but even 5 mins of cuddling and talking on a sofa makes it much more GFE to me).    Plus if you are a repeat customer then I like the sense of familiarity.

But an apartment quickly looses it's charm if:
It's Dirty and unkept or shabbily furnished
Shared (that really sucks) or has other folks coming in and going out
Lacks proper toiletries (clean towels etc)

Hotel is nice if it's upscale, seems safe, has a nice room (with couch preferably)

From a providers perspective I often wonder what overhead the hotel adds, specially if you work most days a week.  An apartment would surely be cheaper

I personally, would be more comfortable.

It feels more authentic, especially for GFE. Your guest could get an insight on how you are outside of this, simply by how it is decorated. Which could make you seem a little more "real" or "obtainable".

Much cheaper than hotels as well.

I actually think that I will go for only outcalls. I feel that it is safer and stacks the deck in my favor. The extra cost is worth the peace of mind.

I prefer upscale hotels. I used to share an apartment in a gated community with two other low volume providers. It worked out well. But since I am ultra low volume, at the most a couple of clients a month, it is not  feasible to provide a location.  I would never entertain at home.
