I would recommend the doctors on the tv show botched. They are out of LA but you could probably turn it into a nice mini vacation.  Do it right the first time so you don't end up on the show! Good luck.

Obviously, I have no experience with that type of surgery. But the best implants I have ever experienced are Joi Love's. Perhaps you can reach out to her.

From what I can tell from your photos you have a beautiful body, no enhancement needed.
I paid for a new set once for my former wife and everything went down hill after that.
For me, enhancement is a show stopper.

natural is way better than any surgery could ever do. unless you have br cancer i would never alter natural breast if you are under 35
