No, no, no. I just don't think anyone's gonna say that they'll offer that service nor do I think anyone's gonna make a recommendation of a provider who'll do it. IMHO.
Almost any streetwalker should accomodate you for an extra $20 or so.
You can even ask them to wear thigh highs.

There are a few out there who will do that with a regular on occasion and I have had it offered a few times.
