Some girls can squirt, some can't. Some girls don't even know they can squirt until it happens. If you're interested in making a girl squirt, the best thing to do is communicate. Ask: are you a squirter/can you squirt/have you squirted in the past. If she has squirted, she KNOWS what can make her squirt and you just have to ask what that specific method is.

I have done a lot of research   on this online and first hand,  Personally i think the article sited is very poorly written and misinformed.   I ask every girl i have been with if she can squirt.  I would maybe 10% say they can which is higher than i expected. Many were taught by other girls, some do it front of men others do not.  

That said i believe a high percentage of women CAN squirt if the correct technique is used. There are many methods and the same ones do not work on every girl. It can take two three seasons or more before happens. But I have had quite a few first timers.

To be successful the girls needs to want to do it , be very comfortable with you, and have complete trust.
