Taking a trip to the country in a few months. My local friend say's he was going to help me get setup with some local talent, but some of them seems shady for my preference (no outcall for one).  Anyone have any experience with a local agency which you have personally tried? I'm going to be mostly in Manila or El Nido Palawan.  

I have been to both places.   El Nido is probably one of the most beautiful places in the Philippines. But, El Nido has no action at all.  I would suggest staying in Manila or Angeles City  and finding a girl that you can take with you to El Nido.  I have never had to use an agency in PI.   The two main areas in Manila to meet girls is the EDSA  entertainment complex or Buros Street in Makati.   I generally go to Angeles City to pick up girls for trips to other islands in PI.   I am not sure why you would want to vacation in Manila.  It's dirty crowded city.

I haven't been to makati in several years but I'm assuming it hasn't changed.  Just take your time and go to the bars in Makati. Freelancers and working girls in all of them just looking to make a buck.  The fun aspect is that you can sit and drink and get to know her. If you like her just negotiate everything up front and go to a love hotel or back to your place - whatever you choose.  Relax and have a good time, and don't be afraid to tell them no as they tend to be aggressive to get your attention and your dollars.   No need to take the first offer since there are many to choose from.   I don't know current pricing but I'm sure it is still cheap compared to the US.

Thailand is the best place if you have the chance.
