Hi, Hong Kong is not a easy place to look for provider, have to be very careful, I don't know any reliable agency, the old fashion way is the best, go to LKF and choose a nice bar, I am sure there will be girls approaching you shortly.  

if you have a extra day free, take a boat for 1 hr to Macau, plenty of attractive girls there specially in casino.

Depending on where you are staying, there are plenty of local options.  Don't be afraid... but do use your head!

The local board in HK is  very good. It lists services and numbers. I used that site for years when I lived overthere and it fairly accurate.  But I would suggest going to Macau and the saunas.  Til this day nothing compares to sauna experiences!  It's almost worth saving to fly back there for a week.
