Would love any info on this area. Just moved here from the states for business and am completely clueless. Seems like if you're not in Seoul you're just out of luck. It's so easy in the states-girls post ads, get hotel rooms, you contact them to set up an apt, and that's it. Here do providers even post ads or anything? Can't find anything at all.

Did some research and I do know about the anma's and barbershops but those seem like total crapshoots. I have zero interest in the barbershop thing and anma's seem like a total crapshoot. You could get lucky and get a girl that gives great service but you could also totally waste your money. Plus, I've never been to a massage place and have no clue what the etiquette is. Also I don't think I have the guts to walk into those places.

All I want to do is meet an indy that provides great service and is reasonably priced. Maybe even find someone who I can meet on a regular basis which would be nice. Seems like I'm out of luck here I guess or just have no idea where to look. Man I wish I knew someone here that knew the scene and was fluent in Korean. Any help would be appreciated guys.

If there are any high end hotels with nice bars, that would be a logical place for free-lancers to hang out. The bad news - I just took a quick look at the hotel selection on Orbitz, and it doesn't look promising! I've been to Seoul but have no idea where Daejeon is; how far from Seoul are you?

I was told it's like an hour or so to Seoul by train maybe a little longer. I have no desire to go all the way to Seoul, especially alone and with no clue about the area there. I'd literally be totally lost if I went up there by myself.

I have seen some hotels but have no idea if they are "high end" or not. The bar scene was never my thing but that is interesting. Last night I did discover an area that was packed with motels. Walked around hoping to spot something and saw nothing at all. Seems like it's gonna be impossible here. Another issue is that I'm Korean but can't really speak that well since I grew up in the states. It really sux cause people look at you and assume you're from here but when you can't speak it you feel extra stupid. I can get by but barely, it's really bad.

Seoul would be a good place to head to.  It has been a while since I was there, but Itaewon was the place to be to find a provider.  Plus there are tons of little inexpensive motels to get our groove on.  If you the train or bus, the taxi service there is pretty legit and will take you where you want to go with no BS

I had a wonderful time with Sarah and her friend; she has reviews (including mine) here on TER. You might contact her and see if she 1) would come to you, or 2) has any leads for you in your city. She was born in the US, and is fluent in English and Korean.

Yes, I've read about Sarah but have no interest in seeing her. Her rate is too high for me and I'd rather see local utr indys. Plus, she's in Seoul and I have no desire to go all the way there now. I did contact her and ask if she knew any girls in my area so we'll see. I'm not expecting much though. Thx for trying to help guys, really appreciate it. Guess Daejeon just sux or something.

Sarah did get back to me and she couldn't help. Guess I'm just out of luck here. Maybe I'll check out one of those anmas in the future but I doubt it.

yes there are ads and internet.  but they will all be in korean and like you said you don't read or understand it.

from what i know do to gangs running prostitution in korea you won't find any indys like in US and due to police crackdowns most incall, prostitutes, or soaplands won't be in clear view these days.  they are now off site and you are taken there by the screeners..ie....drinking bar scouts trying to persuade you to get into their clubs and also to make sure your not a cop.

but the "scene" is the same everywhere in korea.  all cities in korea has a bar scene and prostitution agencies.  when night time hits just find a taxi driver and say you want bar and women.  thats it.  i guarantee you that taxi driver has seen a prostitute himself will know the area to take you.   once you get dropped off in the bar area unless your the most ugliest and dirtiest guy on the planet some guy will approach you to try to persuade you to enter their club.  even if don't speak full english that bar scout will somewhat.  then just make it clear what you want...one of them will say yes.

price wise:
room salon prostitutes are 250,000 won and up.  but since dajeoun don't pay more then 250,000
soapland incalls: 150,000 won
outcalls to your place: 80,000 won

dont pay more then this.  if your nonkorean they will BS you to pay more.

service is less: if your nonkorean.  don't expect kissing or rimming or cim
