I take pills already and don’t want to go that route for my ED. Can anyone give me some insight on penis pumps

My urologist prescribed one after my prostate removal surgery.  He was able to save the nerves.  I can still orgasm, but they are "dry".  He said it's important to use the pump daily because it's really physical therapy on your plumbing.  It cost me about $200 for a bare-bones version - you pump it yourself instead of a battery-operated pump.  The ring comes in when you are pumping for consenting adult activities.

You can get an electric one (self contained battery) for under $40 on Amazon.  No reason to spend more than that.  A vacuum is a vacuum.
.
I worked at a contract engineering place and designed the circuitry for a penis pump for a urologist down in Florida.  He intended to use it in his practice for his patients.  We programmed it with specific pump times and pressures.

If I want CFS, I will use a pump.

One watch out.  In my case the head of my cock can become to big for those ladies who have not had children or a C section.  All this hype about big cocks I guess is bull.  I would much rather have a smaller head and fuck more.

Most of the times I will see ladies over 40, so it does not happen very often.

Good luck.
