What you overlooked in my post is that I have a penile implant. So it will stay hard as long as I or the lady want it to. Then I push a button to deflate it. But without an implant I suppose it might slip off, although part of the sleeve has an opening the balls go through and it could possibly be held on, but it might be somewhat floppy.
