For some guys 45 is old. For others it's at the low end of women they want to see. So, sorry, but there's no right answer. Just market yourself honestly and let the clientele figure it out.

Old by TER standards? Maybe. Certainly based on recent review statistics, you're in the oldest 10 percentile. Old based on board participation? No, you're about average. A MILF? I just dislike the use of that acronym. Maybe if you catch your kid's male friends leering at you, it would be an appropriate title.

Age is undefeated... and eventually will give everyone the beat down.  But putting that aside, I think the answer to your question will be highly variable depending on who you ask. Personally, I'd rather have a beautiful, fit, classy, interesting 45 year old... than an unnattractive, shallow, narcissistic 22 year old.  The perception of what is old is very fluid.  When I was in my late teens, a woman in my neighborhood used to flirt with me. I was never tempted because she looked ancient to me. But looking, back, she was probably only 35 or so. Now I think a 35 year old is a young woman.  

As you rebrand, you should think about your typical clients who are attracted to you and enjoy your company. Are you trying to attract younger clients than your current ones?  If so, you'd want to appeal to younger clients who enjoy a woman who is beautiful and mature. There's no need to shape shift into what you are not. As Oscar Wilde said, be yourself... everyone else is taken. Btw, neither you or your sister look old.

I’m in no way attempting to attract younger clients. I’m happy where I am entertaining my age & older. I’m always honest about my age. I realize it’s do look younger, than my actual age because not everyone ages well. I do not mind catering to people younger. I notice the majority of my friends are older, than me. I prefer mature gentleman because I enjoy the knowledge they share & experience.

First, I went to your sites and you look fantastic! Wish I could afford you (it's all relative, right?) but I did not see any 1-2 hour service. I am 64 and healthy and recently had some of the best sex in TJ with a provider who was 53 and knew how to turn me on based on her experience. Her performance was amazing and had me messaging her on my way back to San Diego airport. As a hobbyist, I care about sexiness not age, and you are plenty sexy!! For me, as I posted a few months ago, there is a "creepy old guy" feeling entering in regarding younger women that I didn't have before. This has made me uncomfortable, so I am looking to companions in their mid-40s and up.  So, as for labels, you may be a "couger" or "MILF" to those who are younger, but to guys like me you are very much a "sweet young thing."

Let's start with the obvious and the reason why you posted this question. Based on your website pictures, you look great. And given the number and quality of your reviews on here, you also know you look great.

 
So now that I have petted you, you do realize that middle-aged means 45ish? Or when a guy goes through a mid-life crisis, they aren't talking about being 60 unless most people live until 120. A woman can only be considered "young" as long as she is of childbearing age. 40's is premenopausal and great for us guys who want a woman whose estrogen and testosterone levels are at war and therefore bring out the inner freak - but it is definitely not young. Young denotes a certain innocence and lack of experience that is either attractive or not, depending on what the guy is looking for.  

 
Younger, though, on the other hand, is a relative term and therefore depends on who you compare yourself to. Are you younger than your clients? Depends on the client, of course. So, are you "young" in the eyes of someone who is 72? No, but you are definitely "younger."

 
Are you a MILF? Unless your children are of an age that requires arranging for a babysitter (I would say age 10 and younger), then I would put you more into the Cougar category. A cougar is anyone in their 40s who loves sex and can take the reigns. And since you cater to a dominatrix-loving crowd (based on your Twitter handle), this is the perfect spot for you.  Honestly, asking a question like this, while fun to answer, sure does make the asker look hella thirsty.
