Has anyone tried viagra/cialis/generics in conjunction with a vacuum pump? I am thinking that since the pills keep blood in the penis using a vacuum pump might draw in more and hold it for awhile. Yes, I know any gains are temporary but I am wondering how long the effect would last.

My first order of silfenadil arrive today, so abut an hour after taking my first does, I applied the pump. The size increase was impressive and lasted for about 15 minutes. The firmness was noticeably harder too. I haven't since a hard-on like that in a number of years.....and that's without a partner too.

Everyone is different. Yeah, I know. You’re probably just as tired of hearing that as everyone else.
The only way to relatively safely be sure what will work for you is to start out at a reasonable dose and work up from there.
It’s probably best to start at 1/4 of a 20mg pill and see what happens. If no results after 2 hours add another quarter pill. Repeat until you get to a full 20mg pill. I know there are smaller dosage pills out there. If I remember correctly, there is a 5mg (yup, that’s 1/4 of a 20mg pill) pill as well. If that’s what you have, I’d say take a whole pill.
But I am not a doctor and this does not constitute medical advice. Even if I were a doctor, you shouldn’t trust a guy who claims to be a doctor on a monger forum (which I’m sure you already know).
I’m not going to get into the difference between a daily dose and an as needed dose. That is a whole topic by itself.
I meant to explain that the pill I am talking about in my post above is Cialis, not Viagra. I don’t use V or C too often. But when I do, I tend to prefer C.
I've been using, on an as needed basis, 60 mg an hour before a meeting. This was working great, but lately I wasn't lasting as long. I upped the dose to 80 mg (20 x 4) and noticed a definite improvement. I've read that 100 mg is considered the maximum daily dose.
