The patents about to disappear on these two billion dollar products.  This means generics, no more TV adds for the brand, drop in cost.

A company can come up with a new pill a new use and new dose and hang on the its monopoly a bit longer and then the right to produce can at first be limited to one or two companies so the price stays high for another year. (This is the screw the customer because you still can phase.)

I once heard Charles Osgood on CBS comment:  "That stuff (Cialis) only wirks if she gets out of her bathtub and climbs into his!"

The thing I notice about these commercials, other than the trophy wives, is that they go out of their way to make sure you see the actors wearing gigantic gold wedding bands.
