My Doc has me on 50 mg pills but it sometimes does not work. Can I safely take two pill..ie 100mg?
So definitely ask your doc if for no other reason than economics.
But of course there are other reasons that are even more important.and told me to buy a pill cutter. The coating is because they taste bitter but I'm just gonna swish it with water anyway.
But I've found for me 50 does not work as consistently as 100.
sometime it doesn't and that a medical issue I'm dealing with.
