Concerning the side effects of Cialis (20 mg), what experiences have you gentlemen had in using it? Have you experienced any of them, and if so, to what degree did it affect your date?
I had the usual side effects of ED meds with Cialis.
1. stuffy nose like I had a cold and couldn't breath through my nose. I took Sudafed before a session and it helped. I checked with my doctor to be sure Sudafed was OK to take with Cialis. I preferred using a nasal spray at the same time I take the pill it works better than the Sudafed.

The only side effect I had was it didn't work for me. Viagra worked for about four years. So now I just started tri-mix and it works great if I can just get it injected properly. And figure out the right dosage. Today I had sex for an hour and half then went home with a boner that lasted a full four hours. My lady for today was impressed with my performance, she told me lots of her clients can't compare. (even the younger guys) I think she was blowing smoke up my ass but I thanked her and we continued the performance. By the way I'm pushing 75 years old. Good luck
I've tried all the Big 3 -- Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis. All helped, no side effects, but none of them cured my problem totally, ED resulting from radiation. My doc says Trimix will do it and we can give you a quick tutorial so you know how to do it right, but I'm not there yet. Meanwhile, I've found a UTR friend who is unfazed by my handicap, seems to like my ministrations on her behalf, and regularly blows my mind. She's the exemplar of "provider," and sometimes I get her going something like what it used to be back in the day with others. Cherish whatever used to be, and enjoy the now to the fullest possible.
I am not only very impressed with your results/experiences but I am VERY jealous. Viagra became a way of life about 10 years ago. Then about 2 years ago it started working sporadically and the last year or so I have not been able to get and maintain an erection. My doctor was able to find my issue. I have arthritis in both my knees and anything outside of everyday walking was out of the question. He strongly recommended riding my bicycle. This was great for exercise purposes but there were eventual sexual side effects. Apparently the bike seat impacted the nerves leading up to the male sexual organ areas. With the necessary seat adjustments, Viagra now is working again. Not as well as originally but at least I am able to enjoy sex again.
A word of advice to all who enjoy bicycling, make sure you have the proper seat and make sure it is adjusted to your individual needs. Congrats RancherJim, keep enjoying life ti its fullest.Anyone given it a try?????
Seeing my internist on Friday and want to discuss it.I just googled trimix gel and it might have some advantages over the injectible trimix if one doesn't like sticking needles into Mr happy. I see my urologist next week and I'll ask him about it too.
