I had a similar problem. Now I use Viagra 20mg, and then after I get hard from BJ slip on a cock ring when the condom goes on. This keeps me hard for penetration, can stay hard and last longer. Side effect is it takes longer to finish, could be good or bad depending on your situ.

One can be inserted half-mast, achieve full-mast with the bare sensation, release, and continue until the half-mast doesn't last anymore. Try doing that with a regular condom without it slipping off.
Have the condom open and at the ready when you begin foreplay. This way there's no time lapse once you're up and ready to rock. Too much time lapse kills it for me. Best for me is while I'm goin down on her and feel I'm ready I've already put it on and then I go right to penetration with no time lapse. Big help there.
I'd up the dosage to 100 mg for starters. Try a cock ring. If that doesn't help get a script for another PDE5 inhibitor as some patients respond better to one drug than another. If that doesn't work discuss other ED treatment options with your physician. You may benefit from a vacuum devise, testosterone injections, or ultimately high-dose PDE5 'salvage therapy'. Good luck.

I feel you man. Been there too. Suggest you abstain from all sexual activity for a week, maybe two before a date. Hands off. Try not to even think about it. Take the max dose of ED meds on each of the two days before and on the day of your date. Go for a date with the one that turns you on the most. If this fails to get you hard enough, then it's probably time to accept the realities of aging.

Did the pill bit. They, also, slowly lost their affect. Added using a base cock ring and that helped a good bit as I have previously related. But what more recently has turned out very good for me has been ultrasound treatment. Not cheap, but not super expensive. It has worked marvelously for me.

Yes. A friend got one of those do-it-yourself -kits. Says it works for him. I don't know which he got. Seemed to tedious for me anyway, and I opted for the in clinic approach.
Aren't there injections that go along with the ultrasound therapy?
Yes, some do. I refused. Of course they said it would all be more effective with the shot. I still refused again. We got on with the ultra sound treatments and they worked for me. Just my opinion, but many in the medical field tend to be on the pushy and I'm the one that knows best team. I have always resisted that. If I have broken or crushed bones and such, that is one thing. Everything else is up for discussion and agreement/disagreement..
