I used a cock ring a couple of years ago and found that it kept my erection, whereas without it I would not get fully hard for intercourse. More recently I have switched to Viagra and it is working well. I maintain my erection and am hard enough for intercourse.
Here is the problem with Viagra. After orgasm I deflate pretty quickly and am not able to get hard again for a second round, despite the best efforts of my companion. I am 63, in good shape, and do not have other health issues. I also do not have unlimited funds to book longer than 60 minute sessions. Am considering using a cock ring for the second round. If anyone has any experience with taking Viagra before the session, and then switching to a cock ring after the first round, I would love to hear your experience.
I used viagra cialis and levitra. All worked well for a while. I am 68 noe. They started becoming less effective and at higher dosages made me feel like i had the flu or a bad sinus condition.

After a month of tryng the two together, I find that using the two together keeps me harder for longer and also reduces premature ejaculation. What I have not tried yet is going for a second round, so that is still an experiment waiting to happen.

Not sure about brands, but the silicone rings seem to work well. You can get different sizes depending on whether you want it at the base of your penis or around your balls. I got a set of 3 in a pack of different sizes. Tried out the sizes at home first before playtime. I seem to like it best at the base of my penis. Very easy to clean. Not a single provider has objected to my using it, in fact they help me put it on after the condom goes on.
