Dry Orgasms

Anyone here had prostate cancer that was treated by radiation.....? The only after effect for me has been what's called a dry oragasm; the sensation is there but the ejaculate does not present itself. Apparently as a result of radiation, the duct/vessel that carries the ejaculate becomes blocked and the fluid travels to your bladder. My regular gal thought that she was not able to make me cum, which made her somewhat perturbed,  when all along it's me..... I'll se my urologist soon but thought I'd post here for those who may have had the same result and might have found a solution.....

I had an old friend who used to have dry orgasms. When I introduced my gf at the time for duos she was irritated, not to receive the money shot, but I reassured her that yes indeed she had achieved our goal. lol Just no wet reward. No mess. Easy clean up. Look at the positive. You can still orgasm!

It's not uncommon, especially with age.  It's habit with me to tell a sexual partner that I rarely ejaculate in the sense of having visible evidence of same.  Removes the pressure on her regards her efforts to make me cum, and eases the angst for her of whether or not I'm attracted to her.  I almost always find the ejaculate in the bowl when I next pee following an encounter.  A dry orgasm gives me the same sensations as a wet one, so I don't sweat it one bit.

Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of emerging through the penis during orgasm. Although you still reach sexual climax, you might ejaculate very little or no semen. This is sometimes called a dry orgasm.

Reminds me of a tantra provider I knew about 10 - 15 years ago. She taught me the art of ejaculation control and sacred spot massage leading to amrita (squirting) for her.
I saw her quite often and our sessions involved mutual sensual touch and oral that led to multiple non-ejaculaion orgams for me and multiple orgasms with amrita for her. The dry orgasms felt just  like I ejaculated and became more intense the more I had. She could have multiple orgams as well and at the end of our sessions I would be completely spent.
Probably the most erotic experiences I've ever had even though we never had intercourse. Oh yea, and when I finally did ejaculate it was incredible even if it was a couple days later.

Wow, I would love to learn those techniques!  As I have gotten older, my volume of ejaculate has gotten less and less so the idea of multiple dry orgasms appeals to me. So does giving a partner multiple orgasms, especially if she ejaculates (squirts).

Where can I learn this?

I was treated for prostate cancer over 20 years ago using the brachytherapy protocol (radioactive seeds).  I continued to have ejaculate for several years after the procedure, although from day 1 it was clear in color.  Within the past few years the amount has lessened considerably and now I may get a few drops several minutes after the orgasm.  As described above, the orgasms are still pretty intense and I always make it a habit to 'brief' the lady I'm with if it's our first time together.  I have found the best thing to do for both of us to make it enjoyable is to NOT force the issue and just go with the flow (bad pun).  I read on this or another board a while back that "it's more about the journey than the destination" and I try to live by that saying.

The delayed & slow spare orgasm is a function of age.. all if a sudden in the last year.. that's what happened to me.. before that I would keep oozing for awhile. A provider said something to me about that after a fairly intense MFM.. I didnt even realize it..

I have had a few clients that went through this problem. They told me that they still got the satisfaction but it wasn't as good as before the problem happened.

I had robotic surgery to remove the prostate five years ago and of course I have no ejaculate, I always tell a lady before stariting. “Nothing to spit, nothing to swallow, nothing to shampoo out of your hair. ....but if the taste of semen makes your day then you may be disappointed, “. I now have a different sensation with orgasm and can repeat 2-3 times which I never could before..

I too had prostate surgery some years ago, by a great surgeon who saved the nerves that control erection.  With a pill, I can get a long lasting erection.  When I met a  new girl friend and and after our first time, I mentioned I had no ejaculate. She said that is fine.  She did not like the taste, and there was nothing to clean up.  WOW, did that make me feel great.   Of course I spend some time playing, and getting her wet, which adds t the final pleasure.  My climax feels good, and I do not remember what it was like before surgery.

The providers I visit always ask "Are you OK" when observing the empty condom. It is nice they ask.

I also had the robotic surgery last fall.  No prostate = no cum.  I'm still having problems getting hard enough to penetrate, even with the daily Cialis.  But, considering the alternative, I can live with ED or at least be patient for the recovery.
