Did you move your clock ahead last night

I didn't and woke at 8 AM my normal Sunday sleep in. Casual cup of coffee and my watch says 9:20. Now I have to get my butt in gear to meet friends for noon time brunch. Yup....it's 10:20

Lazy Sunday does have a schedule after all.... Who else is procrastinating with their lazy day

Hope you have a great day

Kisses Haley

years I remembered about the time shift and did set my clocks back before I went to bed.

I came home noticed my computer clock was 3AM and my alarm clock was 2AM.
I figured the clock had a burp . Googled time and temp it was 3AM. set my alarm thinking
it was a glitch , maybe power blinked off and on it was very windy last night which does cause that
to happen from time to time. Never thinking about DST. Thank you for mentioning it . I am having a
lazy day Sunday afternoon but in a good way I have to be un-lazy at 5PM and prepare for that soon. I am so appreciative for my laptop figuring the time when it's time lol!

Brunch does sound good I think I will have some. Yum!

several years ago because, apparently, Savings Time is honored on Navajo reservations but not in the rest of the state!  And it's really hard to know when you're on a reservation of not, as they wander all over the place.  It was very mind-boggling!

I had an appointment with my ATF this morning, so I made sure that my alarm clock was correct and set. And just to be sure that everything would go as planned, yesterday evening I even sent a text reminding her to set her clocks forward. And I'm glad I did as she replied with a text thanking me and saying that she had forgotten about it. Wouldn't want to show up and find that she was still in her jammies ... assuming that she wears jammies ... wait, I might have screwed up here.

I'm so sleep deprived all I do is look at my phone to see what time it is these days.

Sad when you have to open the drapes to see if its night or day.

...that everyone also replace the batteries in... (no Haley, it's not all your toys)...your smoke dectors, rayon dectors, and other devices... (no Haley, not even those)...that we rely on to keep us safe when we are asleep.

Unless you're in WI... found out watching the news last night that checking the smoke & carbon monoxide(dioxide?, lol) detectors is not longer part of daylight savings time here. A law went into effect in 09 that everyone must have 10 yr lithium batteries or hard-wired in their smoke detectors, neither of which can be dismantled.

So,  I got to check mine out.. they have the 10yr batteries in them.. but I'm not supposed to be able to take them down & check.. & 3 were dead, so I guess that means my landlord hasn't replaced the batteries here in 10 years... great, lol.
