General Details

I made the appointment at 8 P.M., but due to late a family dinner called Payzly to ask if it is OK to push the appointment back to 8:30, Payzly was very understand and said it is not a problem, long story short, I didn't get there until 9 P.M., I apologized for being an hour late, but I did call couple times to let her I was running even later than I thought, she was very understanding and told me not to worry about.
