Definitely a VIP provider. Sierra answered the door in a sexy outfit and made me very comfortable about entering her home, took me back to her room and allowed me to get comfortable. She has a great body, sexy smile, and - most importantly - warm hands. Unrushed experience, there wasn't anything I wanted to do that was off limits.
