Seen Kareen's ad, picked up on the sensual kissing theme, and wanted to give it a try. Texted first for availability and followed with a phone call. She's friendly and we easily set up a time to meet at her hotel. Arrived 30 minutes later, a lower tier HoJos, not a clean place but appeared to be filled. Called up to get the room number, Karren needed a few minutes then made my way up. Room was smoky, dimly lit, a bit messy but that's not part of the rating criteria.
