After about a month of phone-tag and cancellations, TS Celine FINALLY committed to meet for outcall and actually MADE the appointment ... about ... 5 hours ... late. I had read a couple reviews and a blog thread dating back to early 2010 that sparked my interested. I was super polite and patient during the entire process.
