Was planning a trip to the Dallas are in early February to watch a football game, took a look around on TER and found several well reviewed providers. Locked in on Shelby Lynn due to photos and reviews. Filled out the request form and receive a call within the hour. Set up a 2 hour appointment, pending reference check. Called the day before to confirm and again when I arrived in Dallas that morning. Communication and directions were very good with Shelby Lynn.
