Saw Shaira's ad and made an appointment for two days later. Screening is very thorough. Got it done after about 8 e-mails. I signed up for 90 minutes based on previous reviews. Read some of the other reviews for her - they are all spot-on. Shaira is a true princess. Do not miss her.
