General Details

I had read her reviews and, as mixed as they are, and decided to see her since she is close by. Rachel is very easy to reach. I called and left message and she was quick to respond. We talked a few minutes and I liked what I heard so we made arrangements to meet at her nice hotel in a safe location in Rockville.
