Called Ms. Jada at around midnight. She answered and I drove to a motel on (far) south side. She told me where to park, then made me wait in the car for about 10 minutes, with 2 texts of apology in between. Then she welcomed me up. She is friendly. Makes you feel at ease. would repeat.
